I discovered yoga six years ago, after an accident left me struggling to walk and unable to work.  Prior to having endured a massive head injury I was working 60+ hours a week and had no down time. I believe that my injury was one of the best things that has ever happened to me.

After months of slow recovery, I hesitantly joined a restorative yoga class, and I was hooked.  I learned to work fewer hours, practice daily yoga, hike, paddle, paint, and have found the freedom to relax and embrace life.  

My love of yoga pushed me to dive deeper and enroll in courses to become certified in what I consider to be a life-altering way of living.  After a couple years, I was determined to make yoga a more permanent part of my life and flew to India to learn straight from the source.  

While in India I also discovered sound healing, and walked away from my first sound healing session a true believer as it was an undeniably profound healing method.  I became a certified practicioner and currently offer sessions, while also combining this beautiful healing modality with my yoga practice..

I embrace and specialize in restorative yoga, and recommend it for injured or highly stressed individuals.  Practicing restorative yoga daily has led to my full recovery allowing me to practice and teach other forms of yoga, such as: hatha, yin, and ashtanga yoga.  I believe that by incorporating yoga in your life, you have the power and ability to heal and become the best version of yourself.
